Programs<\/em><\/h3>

With a supportive network of Therapist, Coaches, Trainers and Mentors, our goal is to improve quality of life for people living with disabilities via sport and recreation. We aim to provide services and programs that assist disabled individuals with athletic pursuits, create communities for support and reduce perceived barriers between people. Our goal is to aide individual with the following services:<\/p>

March 4 TBI:<\/span> The first event in Florida, designed to advocate and create awareness of Traumatic Brain Injury. #March4TBI.<\/p>

Summer Social:<\/span> Our Summer Social is on\u00a0\u00a0the water somewhere, join us for fun in the sun.<\/p>

Winter in the Woods:<\/span> Holidays can be challenging, this program is designed as a therapeutic escape with opportunities to identify compensatory strategies and network with others who are challenged with PTSD.<\/p>

Florida Adaptive Sports Teams: <\/span>We provide social cycles, adaptive sports clinics, wellness training, nutritional counseling and high performance training. \u00a0Join us, we are F.A.S.T. \u00a0#FloriaAdaptiveSportsTeams<\/p>
